What did Jesus do?

What did Jesus do?

•He became sin—so you now have complete forgiveness (2 Corinthians 5:21).
•He disarmed the devil and all his works—so you now have deliverance and victory over all the power and works of the enemy (Luke 10:19, Colossians 1:13–14; 2:15).
•He disarmed ALL sicknesses and diseases—so you now have the provision of healing and you can live in health (Isaiah 53:4–5).
•He gave you His Word—so you can discover who you are and what you have already inherited (2 Peter 1:3–5).
•He gave you His power and authority—so you can now exercise that same power and authority even over your own body, natural symptoms and circumstances (Matthew 28:18–20).
•He gave you His Spirit—so you now have His very life, power, nature, character and ability IN YOU through the Holy Spirit who dwells within you (Romans 8:11).

This is just some of what was accomplished! The work of the cross was a complete work. The price has already been paid, the work is already done and the victory already won. For this reason, when it comes to what Jesus has purchased, we don’t need to seek, pray, fast or ask for these things because they have already been provided!
